POSITIONDESCRIPTION
The House Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of kitchens, facilities, and Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) across residential treatment programs. This role focuses on maintaining operational excellence working with Upper-level management, ensuring regulatory compliance, workingalongside the compliance team, and ensuring a safe, supportive environment for staff and residents. The Supervisor will provide leadership, support, and oversight to ensure all operational areas meet organizational standards and deliver quality services to clients.
? Supervise facility maintenance staff to ensure the facility is upkept including cleanliness, repairs, and safety checks.
? Coordinatewithvendorsandcontractorsforfacilityupkeepandimprovements.
? Conductfacilityanddormwalkthroughsdailyandcompleteschecklistanduploads
? CompletesallResidentialdrillspershifttoensureI00%compliance.
? Monitorcompliancewithlicensingandaccreditationstandardsrelatedtothephysicalenvironment.
? Ensuresallrequiredinspections arecompletedbydeadlineandsubmittedtoCorporateOffice

REQUIREDEDUCATIONANDEXPERIENCE:

? Minimumof 3-5 years of experiencein a behavioralhealth, healthcare,or residential operations setting.
? Strong knowledgeof health and safetyregulations, facility management, and behavioral health operations.
