Phoenix House is a rehabilitation facility for clients with a history of addiction. This Registered Nurse Rehabilitation role offers a gratifying opportunity to use ALL of their clinical skills, make a visible difference in their clients' lives, and work as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
The Registered Nurse maintains patient safety and well-being in accordance with established policies and procedures, as well as managing medical treatment and nursing care services to patients as prescribed. The Registered Nurse manages the medical supply inventory and maintains current certification and licensure.
